With more than 30 years of leadership, teaching, mentoring, and training experience across military, corporate, nonprofit, educational, and clinical settings, I bring a blend you won't find in a typical coaching program. As a retired U.S. Air Force combat veteran, I know what it means to perform under pressure and lead through complexity. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I understand the internal world that drives real, sustainable change not just performance. I've spent my career helping high-performing people who look successful on the outside while privately carrying pressure, exhaustion, or disconnection on the inside.
