At DBT C3, we offer specialized Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) groups designed to provide structured skills training and support in a safe, collaborative environment. DBT groups focus on teaching practical strategies to help individuals manage emotions, improve relationships, and build a life worth living.
Groups are 90 minutes long and provide a structured approach to learning and applying DBT skills.


What is a DBT Skills group?
DBT skills groups are psychoeducational and interactive sessions that follow a structured curriculum. Each session introduces key DBT skills from the four core modules:

Mindfulness – Staying present and aware in the moment

Distress Tolerance – Coping effectively with crisis and intense emotions

Emotion Regulation – Understanding and managing emotional experiences

Interpersonal Effectiveness – Improving communication and relationships

Beginning November 5, 2025: Wednesdays: 6:00 – 7:30 PM
In-Person
$50/session
This group is for adults seeking greater emotional balance, stress management, and healthier relationships. The curriculum covers all core DBT modules with an emphasis on practical application and peer support.
